At The Dental Office Encino, our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to navigate your appointment. This begins when you book your appointment online or by calling your office. A member of our team is always available to assist you, and we will do our best to set an appointment time that works well for your schedule.
When You Arrive
When you arrive for your visit, you will always be greeted by a member of our front desk staff. We will make sure you are comfortable in our waiting room, and we will keep you updated on the status of your appointment. We understand that you are busy, and we will do our best to get you in and out on time.
We offer a professionally decorated reception area where you are greeted for your appointment. Once you check in with our front desk, you can relax and enjoy a complimentary beverage while you watch television or read. Some of our younger patients prefer to look for a certain clownfish and his father in our 200-gallon saltwater fish tank.
When You Are Called Back
Once you are called back, you will immediately see that the office has been laid out to make it easy to figure out where to go next.

About the Procedure Rooms
Each procedure room includes a flat-screen TV and digital X-ray capability, so a comprehensive dental exam can be completed while patients sit back and relax in a massaging treatment chair. Other dental technology that makes your visit and treatment more efficient and precise is our CEREC system for custom restorations in one appointment, the CT cone beam 3D imaging system for guided dental implants, and the LANAP (laser-assisted attachment procedure) for periodontal surgery.
Once the Appointment Is Over
After the appointment is done, we will review the results with you. Then, we will show you exactly where to go to check out. A member of our front desk staff will greet you once again to make sure everything was okay.
